A service of thanksgiving took place on the 23rd June 2019 at the Portsmouth Synagogue. which was attended by approximately 250 people.
Four processions took place, Heads of other orders, Most Excellent Grand Superintendents from other Provinces, Our own Most Excellent Grand Superintendent, Alan Berman, accompanied by the 2nd and 3rd Principals and the Provincial Team, The Minister of the Synagogue-
Readings were given by David Gosney, Steven Allum and Alan Berman
At the end of the service a 40 year certificate was presented by the Most Excellent Grand Superintendent to Excellent Companion George Deacon.
As at the last Service of thanksgiving many years ago, tea and cake were served in the garden afterwards.
