CHAPTER MEETINGS

Update 4/1/21

Lockdown. All Hampshire and Isle of Wight Chapters are unable to meet during the current lockdown.

Update 26/12/20

Isle of Wight Chapters, now cannot meet due to the Island being raised to Tier 4.

Update 1/12/20

Isle of Wight Chapters will be able to meet from 00.01hrs 2/12/20 as the Island will be reverting to Tier 1 Covid Rules. Still adhering to the Rule of 6. 

Update 2/11/2020
The MW The Grand Master, His Royal Highness The Duke of Kent, KG, directed that all Lodge and Chapter meetings in England would be suspended with effect from 12.01 a.m. on Thursday 5 November 2020 until such time as those restrictions are lifted.

Annual Convocation (Re Scheduled)

The AGM which was “delayed” back in June, was re scheduled for

Saturday 3rd October 2020

This was held at the Botley Masonic Centre.

The meeting was a much reduced affair with only 6 attending.

 

 

6/7/20 – Announcement of resumption of Masonic activity

A communication was received that confirmed Masonic activity would recommence on the 17th of July 2020.

However, there were certain restrictions in line with government advice and guidelines  detailed in emails to all ScribeE’s and which was circulated to all members.

Provincial Grand Master

The ME Grand Superintendent E.Comp Philip Alan Berman, the Deputy Grand Superintendent Colin Richard Upton, the members of the Provincial Chapter Executive and all the Companions of the Holy Royal Arch Provincial Grand Chapter of Hampshire and isle of Wight, extend sincere hearty congratulations to V.W.Bro Jonathan Charles Whitaker, Deputy Provincial Grand Master in Charge, who today (22/5/20) takes over the running of the Province.

We wish him well and pledge our loyalty and assistance in his undertaking.

Our congratulations also to W.Bro David Perkis, who becomes Deputy Provincial Grand Master.

May the blessing of the Great Architect look down and bless, guide and protect them.

This years supported charity is Macmillan Nurses.
